We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We're expanding into an exciting area: teaching AI Assistant models to be more useful for finance professionals. Seeking finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or professional experience to help shape AI’s understanding of financial principles.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Leverage your education and experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of AI work.
• Challenge models with complex scenarios and analyze their reasoning.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance AI reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess quality of AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and finance management.
• A Master’s or PhD is preferred but not required.
