Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer (Rails), you will:

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive frontends using React, TypeScript, or Vue.
• Implement comprehensive test suites with RSpec for reliability and code quality.
• Manage and optimize asynchronous processing and background jobs.
• Oversee application deployment on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into software solutions.

What We're Looking For

We seek candidates with:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering focusing on Full Stack development.
• Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of asynchronous processing and AWS deployment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
