Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3 years of professional experience with excellent Ruby skills.
• Advanced English (C1) or above.
• Confident use of Git and Linux CLI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and code optimization skills.

Desirable Skills

• Contributions to open-source Ruby projects.
• Experience with large monorepositories.
• Familiarity with automated benchmarking and infrastructure-as-code tools.
