About This Opportunity

We are looking for a FP&A Regional Leader to manage budgeting and reporting for the LAC region, contributing to BI and reporting improvements.

Overall accountability

This role, reporting to the CFO in Latin America, is suited for a motivated individual eager to advance their career within our FP&A team.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Support the LAC region’s financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Administer budgeting and forecasting tools.

BI / Reporting Development:

• Be a key player in developing the company's BI and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure accuracy in financial data reported through BI dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in management control within similar industries.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
