Role (Owner Backend - Frontend)

* Own backend/APIs (Python/FastAPI), reliability & observability
* Minimal MLOps (versioning, CI/CD, telemetry)
* Secure packaging/deploy (Docker; on-prem & cloud)
* Lightweight internal dashboards (React/TypeScript)

Requirements

* 5+ years shipping backend in Python
* Strong API design, performance, testing
* ML-in-production (serving/monitoring)
* Git, Docker, CI (e.g., GitHub Actions), AWS/GCP
* Clear communication; LATAM-friendly hours

Compensation

*Salary: competitive USD base (early-stage)
