At Geely Motor, we’re driving innovation in the automotive industry. We’re looking for a results-driven and client-focused Fleet Sales Supervisor to strengthen our presence in the corporate segment and deliver tailored mobility solutions to fleet and business clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the fleet sales strategy to achieve volume, margin, and client satisfaction targets.
- Identify and approach key corporate clients and government entities, preparing customized offers and service packages.
- Coordinate closely with the Product and Marketing teams to align fleet offers with product portfolio, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor fleet sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports and improvement plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to delivery and post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate fleet deals in compliance with company policies and profitability targets.
- Participate in tender processes, proposal preparations, and contract negotiations.
- Represent Geely at relevant fleet industry events and forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B automotive sales, ideally in fleet or institutional sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Customer-oriented mindset, analytical capability, and business acumen.
- Availability to travel domestically.
