The Opportunity

Provides first line of operational support to the customer through coordination of services and is accountable for the day to day performance, product health and execution of contract deliverables.

What You Will Do

• Deliver all contract obligations and performance of the agreement contract in collaboration with Caterpillar dealer network and customer.
• Coordinates services including overhaul and maintenance of customer equipment.
• Provides technical and commercial support.
• Ensure compliance relative to competition law / anti-trust regulations.

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts; ability to exceed customer expectations.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor degree and 5+ years related field experience with Caterpillar engines.

Language: Must speak Advanced English and Portuguese.

Behavioral Skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong accountability and proactive planning skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the marine industry.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar policies and digital technologies.

Additional Information

This position will be allocated on a dealer site part of the time in Santiago/Chile. Note: This position requires onsite work five days a week.
