We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We're expanding into a new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be more useful for finance professionals. We need experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or real-world experience to help shape how AI understands financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Leverage your education and work experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work
• Push the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning
• Share clear, structured feedback to help enhance the AI's intelligence and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis related to finance management
• A Master's or PhD is preferred but not required
