We are in search of an experienced Finance Professional to assist in training AI models. You will evaluate AI chatbots' progress and reasoning, solving issues to enhance each model's quality.

Currently, we are expanding into a new area: teaching AI Assistant models to become more effective tools for finance professionals. We are looking for finance experts with advanced degrees (MBA+) or significant real-world experience to guide how AI comprehends financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Utilize your education and experience to verify an AI Assistant's reasoning and accuracy
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios to assess their reasoning skills
• Provide clear and structured feedback to help improve each new version of the AI.

• Projects are paid hourly between $50-$60 USD, with possible bonuses on select projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with a variety of complex problems and evaluate their responses
• Assess the quality of outputs produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Experienced in financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis related to finance management
• A Master's and/or PhD in progress or completed is preferred but not required.
