We have an immediate opportunity for a Financial Analyst – Americas to join our Group Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and delivery of management reporting for the Americas Leadership Team.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results and forecasts.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial analyses to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Create management presentations and reports with key business insights.
• Support financial modeling and ad hoc business cases.
• Partner with Finance Managers for accurate financial information.
• Enhance reporting frameworks and planning tools.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

What You Will Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• CPA designation or pursuit is an asset.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related role.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
