What You Will Do

Lead a team responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting to meet various organizational requirements.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Direct staff in accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Produce financial reports compliant with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Summarize and forecast business activity for income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with the annual business planning process.
• Ensure adherence to accounting and compliance policies.
• Evaluate accounting staff activities and support their professional development.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills for staff development and collaboration.

Education/Experience

• A 4-year degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering is preferred, along with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Advanced English required.

Note: This position requires on-site work five days a week.
