Responsibilities

1.Design and execute the annual financial planning (budget, forecast, rolling forecast) in alignment with corporate guidelines and Local Controller.

2.Design, prepare and present monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and financial KPIs to local management.

3.Oversee general accounting, treasury, taxation, and local regulatory compliance.

4.Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring adherence to internal policies and IFRS standards in alignment with Local Controller

5.Implement global financial efficiency initiatives, automation, and process digitalization.

6.Analyze profitability by product line, vehicle model, sales channel, and geographic area.

7.Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, key suppliers, and tax authorities.

8. Adapt global policies to local standard, also design policies to assure accomplish of local regulations.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Engineering.Postgraduate degree or MBA.

2.Minimum 10 years in senior financial roles, preferably within multinational automotive, manufacturing, or industrial tech companies.

3.Experience working with Asian headquarters (China, Korea, Japan) is highly valued.

4.Deep understanding of the local financial and tax environment.

5.IFRS standards knowledge and practical experiience

6. SAP or other global ERPs experience is highly valued.

7.Financial modeling, cost control and supply chain finance.

8.Ability to work in multicultural and matrix environments.

9.Results-oriented, analytical thinking, and strategic vision.

10.Cross-cultural communication and effective presentation skills.

11.Collaborative leadership, adaptability, and focus on continuous improvement.
