This role supervises directly the Accounting functions, Finance area, Tax, Treasury, and Pricing. The Director ensures the timely registry and reporting of all accounting documents for Ayvens Chile (client invoicing, suppliers, debit and credit notes, accounting adjustments, etc. ).Strong organizational and people management skills are essential to manage daily activities and unforeseen actions needed for the development of Ayvens in Chile.Knowledge And ExperienceDegree in accounting, economics, management, or similar, with a minimum of 7 years' experience, including 5 years leading finance departments.Skills And CompetenciesLeadership and people managementOrganization and time managementPerformance under stressAdvanced knowledge of ExcelGood level of English; the Finance Director should be able to hold professional conversations, read, and write correctly.
