Job Function Execute and oversee accounting and financial processes independently, ensuring accuracy and contributing to financial management objectives. Responsibilities Record, analyze, and control complex accounting transactions. Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closures. Reconcile accounts and bank statements, identifying deviations. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. Manage treasury tasks, bank payments, etc. Support external and internal audits. Propose and implement process improvements. Standardize procedures and automate administrative tasks. We Are Looking For Professionals with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, with 3 to 5 years of experience. Candidates with strategic vision, customer orientation, and motivation to add value are preferred. Intermediate English skills are a plus.
