About the Challenge

• Lead and manage accounting and financial reporting processes in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Prepare clear monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support strategic financial decision-making through analysis and forecasting.
• Manage external audits, tax filings, and financial relationships.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Lead the implementation of a new accounting system.
• Guide and develop the finance team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

What Are We Looking For?

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in a multinational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Chilean tax compliance.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and complex financial data management.
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
