Key Responsibilities

• System Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve faults in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to ensure optimal performance.
• Independent Work: Execute installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance while working autonomously.
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Report technical updates effectively to customers and other stakeholders.
• Work in Diverse Environments: Engage in various settings, including remote and challenging areas while upholding safety standards.
• Adaptability: Navigate diverse environments and remain flexible in a dynamic work setting.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is advantageous; however, relevant experience is highly valuable.
• Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting electrical faults within energy storage systems and related fields.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication proficiency for technical explanations to diverse audiences.
• Travel & Working Conditions: Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, potentially in remote conditions.
