About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will lead the Field Service Team, aligning with business strategies and action plans. You will be responsible for service activities including troubleshooting and repairs of 4-stroke marine diesel engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service activities on 4-stroke engines, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct overhauls, repairs, and troubleshooting with emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Manage onsite teams and report work progress effectively.

Requirements

• Technical experience with reciprocating engine repairs, particularly Wartsila and similar engines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a focus on safety and efficient communication.
• Ability to travel 70% domestically and internationally, with a preference for candidates possessing a valid B1/B2 visa.
