Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives and deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Oversee attendee experience, including booth setup, demos, and branding details.
  • Support event promotion and communication with attendees.
  • Track and analyze event performance for continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
