It also involves savings calculation and establishing goals for each high-performance team within the manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform financial analysis and reporting activities (AOP and estimates) using Hyperion system.Support and follow up with Manufacturing Business Unit A to deliver targeted results.Drive and act as a change agent for strategic initiatives (Plant Optimization, loss culture, Power Steering), ensuring sustainability of DMAIC and Just-do-it projects, calculating savings, and setting goals for each High-Performance Team (HPT) in Manufacturing Unit A.Perform CPEMs for Capital Expenses Projects across the plant.Ideal Candidate ProfileFluent in English.Strong knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in relevant systems (e.g., ERP system such as SAP preferred, MS Office, Hyperion or similar applications).Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships and credibility. Ability to create a team atmosphere while achieving key objectives. Develop team members through coaching and feedback.Willingness to share personal knowledge and experience.
