About The Role

We are hiring Family Case Managers responsible for guiding families through the full service lifecycle, from contract signing to the return of ashes. You will manage a high-volume caseload, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the client lifecycle from contract signature through resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact, managing communications with empathy and clarity.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and timely updates across platforms.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a seamless experience for families.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, case management, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, both spoken and written.
