Facility Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Facility Manager to oversee facility operations, supplier management, compliance, and budget control. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient facility services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations and vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control Facilities suppliers, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Conduct periodic facility inspections to ensure quality assurance and operational standards are met.
• Ensure all facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain facility management reports, including operational and performance metrics.
• Oversee and coordinate capital projects related to facilities infrastructure and improvements.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring proper cost control and financial planning.
• Manage monthly supplier payments, validate acceptance reports, and conduct KPI performance reviews.
• Mentor and coach team members to strengthen competencies, improve performance, and foster professional development.

Profile Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Experience in facilities management, vendor management, and budget control.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and capital projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Advanced English level is a plus.
