The Cluster of Excellence ImmunoSensation² at the University of Bonn is seeking applications for a PhD student position in Cancer Immunology. The successful candidate will join the Bonn Graduate School of Immunosciences and Infection for a three-year, DFG-funded research project in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Yang Shi (RWTH Aachen). The research will focus on nanovesicle engineering, immune system dynamics, and cancer immunotherapy, utilizing advanced technologies such as in vivo models and multidimensional flow cytometry.

Requirements

– Master’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences (biomedicine, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related fields)

– Strong interest in tumor biology and immunology

– Excellent written and spoken English

– Practical experience in immunological techniques is advantageous
