We are looking for an Expansion Leader in Chile to spearhead the growth of Apparta in the market. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, who thrive in building partnerships, leading teams, and driving business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Apparta’s market entry and growth strategy in Chile.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with restaurants, hospitality groups, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
- Drive business development, sales, and relationship management with restaurant partners.
- Recruit, coach, and manage local teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with local regulations.
- Report performance, opportunities, and risks directly to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (operations, business development, or expansion roles). Do not apply if you don't have background on the restaurant industry.
- Proven track record in market expansion, partnerships, or sales leadership.
- Strong network within the restaurant ecosystem in Chile.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.
- Fluency in Spanish (English is a plus).
