Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to identify, attract, and assess top talent, ensuring the placement of high-performing leaders who contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications and potential.
• Design customized search strategies for executive and senior-level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, ensuring client and candidate expectations are met.
• Attract top-tier candidates through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience with US candidates and commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
