Join us as an Event & Webinar Coordinator responsible for bringing our brand to life through various events and webinars. This part-time role is suitable for a marketing or communications student with a passion for creating engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person events across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina, including logistics and on-site management.
• Organize monthly webinars, managing everything from agenda setting to promotion.
• Oversee all event logistics, including venue scouting and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure seamless execution during events, acting as the go-to person for communications and attendee experience.
• Evaluate events post-completion to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a current marketing student or recent graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to travel and manage events outside regular hours.
