Main responsibilities
- Establish UNOX presence and driving sales activities in the designated geography (Chile).
- Implement a business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence in the region, to create growth in sales and profitability.
- Selling professional ovens to all levels of any organization.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
- Penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners (Distributors) in the territory.
- Organize and conduct marketing events such as exhibitions, product presentations, cooking demos at distributors’ place.
- Organize and conduct after sales training (Top Training) sessions for customers, following UNOX standards, focusing on post-sales support, including installation, maintenance, and product operation.
- Manage and coordinate technical support as needed.
- Be responsible for sales / financial outcome of the designed region.
- Set objectives and monitor performance of each market, product, dealer in the designed territory.
- Be responsible for administrative processes and link among Headquarter and dealers and distributors.
- Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from planning to closing—supported by hands-on cooking demonstrations of the equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of high-end, innovative ovens and equipment, and their underlying technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Up to 5 years of experience in the HoReCa sector or in a sales role.
- Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time to maintain a strong market presence.
