Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Santiago for an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Manager. The ESG Manager will oversee the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, ensuring adherence to ESG regulations and global best practices. Responsibilities include conducting research and assessments, setting sustainability strategies, coordinating with various departments to meet ESG goals, preparing reports, and engaging stakeholders to promote the university’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ESG concepts, sustainability strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess environmental and social impacts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report preparation skills.
• Project management and team coordination skills for implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Experience in educational or similar sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and data analysis is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
