We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance the quality of each model.

We're currently expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be a more useful tool for finance professionals. We're searching for individuals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or significant professional experience to shape AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Leverage your expertise to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work
• Test the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases
• Provide structured feedback to make each new version of the AI smarter and more reliable

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess AI models' quality for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented with a background in finance
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and reasoning exercises
• A Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required
