About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We're currently expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be a more useful tool for finance professionals. We're looking for individuals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or significant real-world experience to shape AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Leverage your education and work experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work.
• Push the models with complex, real-world scenarios to test their reasoning.
• Share structured feedback to enhance AI's capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide diverse, complex problems for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• A Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
