Role Overview

Software engineers across Latin America are invited to join a paid remote AI training program. Review and evaluate AI-generated code, rate AI responses for accuracy, and write coding challenges. This flexible, remote position is ideal for those seeking project-based, asynchronous work. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI code for accuracy and efficiency.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, following instructions, and overall quality.
• Develop original computer science questions and coding challenges.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear and structured written feedback to enhance AI responses.
• Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Software engineering experience is welcome: junior, mid-level, or senior.
• Proficiency in languages such as: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in any engineering discipline: full stack, backend, frontend, or mobile.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in specified locations across Latin America including Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

Compensation

• Earn up to $34 USD/hr with additional performance incentives averaging 7.5%.
• Weekly payments via supported payout platforms (e.g., PayPal).

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous.
