We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in cloud technologies, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Expertise with other cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) will be considered. As part of our Customer Success Services organization, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and optimizing cloud strategies for our customers. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will ensure the delivery of innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with customer´s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Cloud Architecture Design
- Design and implement enterprise cloud architectures for large-scale solutions in our cloud OCI.
- Align technology strategies with business objectives and industry trends.
- Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints and roadmaps to guide cloud adoption and migration.
- Cloud Solution Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define technical requirements, architecture standards, and success metrics.
- Provide hands-on guidance for deploying, configuring, and optimizing cloud resources.
- Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, bridging technical expertise with business needs.
- Present architecture plans and recommendations to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Mentor delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architecture standards.
- Cloud Governance and Optimization
- Establish and enforce cloud governance frameworks for cost management, security, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements, and innovation within cloud environments.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure solutions remain scalable and resilient.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, security, and application development teams.
- Support knowledge sharing and technical upskilling within the organization.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years in enterprise architecture roles, with at least 5 years specializing in cloud technologies.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with Cloud, ideally Oracle OCI. Other Cloud vendor's experience will be considered, including certifications (e.g., OCI Professional Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect ).
- Strong knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, cloud-native services, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Familiarity with industry standards such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
