Position: Bilingual English–Spanish Language Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $25–$30/hour

Duration: 1+ months

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated Spanish translations for fluency and accuracy.
• Identify unnatural or awkward phrasing and provide idiomatic alternatives.
• Ensure language reflects contemporary usage and norms in Latin America.
• Spot and correct mistranslations, ambiguity, or tone issues.
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality and localization.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with regional Spanish as spoken in Latin America.
• 1+ year of experience in translation, localization, or language QA.
• High attention to detail and fast reading comprehension.
• Strong communication skills for written feedback.
