What You’ll Do

  • Leadership & Coaching: Develop and mentor engineers, support career growth, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Agile Delivery: Lead and support Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and improve predictability, flow, and delivery quality.
  • Impediment & Dependency Management: Identify and resolve blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and remove obstacles to maintain engineering momentum.
  • Planning & Execution: Oversee sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and capacity management to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery aligned to business objectives.
  • Technical Excellence: Participate in code and architecture conversations, champion best practices, and ensure quality, security, and reliability standards are upheld.

Skills You’ll Need

  • People Leadership: Proven experience coaching and developing engineers, building an inclusive culture, and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Engineering Background: 5+ years in software engineering and 3+ years managing or leading technical teams, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong command of Agile frameworks, experience running ceremonies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and predictable delivery.
  • Delivery & Planning: Skilled in sprint planning, capacity management, estimation, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to align cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and translate technical concepts clearly.
