Job Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive process improvement and perform product testing, shop floor troubleshooting, data collection, and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for production and testing.
  • Create custom Excel and/or Database programs for shop floor and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain & perform calibration on test equipment, engaging outside suppliers as needed.
  • Represent Manufacturing during the NPI process and transition products from design to full production.
  • Participate in Engineering Change Control and assist in implementing changes on the shop floor.
  • Develop assembly processes and supporting work instructions.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for Manufacturing issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for production testing equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
