Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive process improvement and perform product testing, shop floor troubleshooting, data collection, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for production and testing.
- Create custom Excel or Database programs for shop floor tasks and administrative activities.
- Maintain and perform calibration on existing test equipment. Collaborate with outside suppliers for calibration needs.
- Represent Manufacturing in the NPI process, transitioning products from design to full production.
- Engage in Engineering Change Control and assist in implementing changes to technicians and management.
- Develop manufacturing assembly processes and supporting work instructions.
- Serve as a technical contact for manufacturing issues.
- Provide troubleshooting support for production testing equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- 3-5 years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
