Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive process improvement and perform product testing, shop floor troubleshooting, data collection, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for production and testing.
• Create custom Excel or Database programs for shop floor tasks and administrative activities.
• Maintain and perform calibration on existing test equipment. Collaborate with outside suppliers for calibration needs.
• Represent Manufacturing in the NPI process, transitioning products from design to full production.
• Engage in Engineering Change Control and assist in implementing changes to technicians and management.
• Develop manufacturing assembly processes and supporting work instructions.
• Serve as a technical contact for manufacturing issues.
• Provide troubleshooting support for production testing equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
