A leading multinational company in technology services and digital infrastructure is seeking a Modern Workplace & VDI Specialist to join its Engineering team and participate in global-scale projects.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in endpoint management, virtual desktops (VDI), and application packaging, with the ability to operate in complex and international corporate environments while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and VDI environments, ensuring high standards of performance, scalability, and security.
• Package, deploy, and maintain applications on Windows 11 via Intune, automating processes through scripting.
• Monitor and optimize endpoint performance, compliance, and end-user experience.
• Provide advanced support and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Maintain updated technical documentation and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Modern Workplace processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
• Advanced conversational English (mandatory – interviews will be conducted in English).

At least 3 years of experience in:

• Endpoint management and VDI environments.
• Application packaging.
• Scripting (PowerShell / VBScript).

Advanced knowledge in:

• Windows 11, Windows Registry, and user/system contexts.
• Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Packaging tools such as AdminStudio, Advanced Installer, or similar.

Additionally, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
