Your Mission

As part of the Enablement Lead Team, you'll translate business needs into strategic, scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and deliver data projects using agile methods.
• Own the roadmap and vision for data capabilities.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable data solutions.
• Track project progress and manage risks effectively.
• Promote best practices in agile workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in product or project management in data or AI/ML.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of data development processes.
