Epiroc is on the lookout for a skilled Product or Project Manager to enhance our BI, ML, and AI capabilities. This role plays a critical part in aligning technical teams with business stakeholders.

Your Mission

The Enablement Lead Team focuses on translating business needs into strategic solutions, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects using agile methodologies;
• Own the roadmap and product vision for data capabilities;
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable data solutions;
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery;
• Promote best practices in agile workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
• Fluent in English and Spanish;
• 3+ years of experience in product or project management;
• Proven track record in delivering data products in agile environments;
• Strong understanding of data processes and scalable solution design.
