The Opportunity

Join our talent network to connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an Elixir Backend Engineer. You will work directly with our client's team alongside their designers and engineers daily.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience with Elixir and the Phoenix framework in production environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Expertise in robust API design and implementation.
• Strong background in backend services for mobile applications (React Native).
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Ecto).
• Familiarity with third-party API integrations.
• Ability to work with legacy systems.
• Strong automated testing practices.
• Comfort with containerization tools and CI/CD workflows.
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in eCommerce or related fields is a plus.
• A proactive approach to work and ownership over tasks.
• Ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice To Have

Experience with AI tools like Cursor or Codex is a significant plus.
