About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Educational Leader to work five days a week, supporting fellow educators and fostering high-quality educational practices. This position includes two days weekly dedicated to mentoring and curriculum development.

About You

You are passionate about early childhood education and skilled in mentoring teams to create enriching learning experiences.

You Will

• Mentor and support educators
• Design engaging educational programs
• Inspire curiosity and confidence in children
• Build strong relationships with families and the community

What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian working rights
