About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We're currently expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be a more useful tool for finance professionals. We're looking for individuals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or substantial real-world experience to utilize their expertise in shaping AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Leverage your education and work experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work
• Push the models with complex, real-world scenarios to test their reasoning
• Share clear, structured feedback to enhance each new version of the AI

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems for evaluation
• Assess the quality of outputs produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reasoning related to finance management
• A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required
