Job Details

As part of your role, you will be courteous and helpful, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of goods while maintaining communication with the Dispatch Officer regarding any delays.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete required paperwork for deliveries.
• Anticipate and resolve potential delivery issues.
• Drive safely and maintain company vehicles.
• Prepare boxes and monitor packaging supplies.
• Be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Experience and Educational Requirements

This position reports directly to the Dispatch Supervisor and requires a current driver's license with a good driving record.

Skills and Abilities

Candidates should demonstrate a proactive demeanor, excellent knowledge of cold chain management, and the ability to work well in a team. A strong sense of urgency combined with attention to detail is essential.
