A Day In The Life

As the Director of Supply Planning, you’ll be the force driving regional supply operations forward owning raw material and finished goods planning with precision and power. You’ll unite strategy and execution, leading high‑performance planning teams, elevating KPIs, and locking in rock‑solid supply continuity across your region. This role demands bold leadership, deep regional insight, and an unstoppable commitment to continuous improvement. The Impact You’ll Make

  • Lead and develop regional planning teams responsible for raw material and finished goods planning, fostering a high performance culture.
  • Establish and monitor regional KPIs to ensure service levels, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency across diverse markets.
  • Resolve high-impact planning challenges through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct regional planning reviews with stakeholders to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial, finance, logistics and manufacturing teams to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities and financial targets.
  • Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance agility and responsiveness in raw material and finished goods planning.
  • Develop and implement training programs to build regional planning capabilities and leadership talent.
  • Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with procurement to ensure raw material availability and mitigate supply risks.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in a leadership role, team development capabilities
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (SAP/APO/SNP preferred). Experience with AI tools and digital supply planning platforms is a plus.
  • Preferred Certifications: APICS, CSCP or CPIM Certification preferred.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
