Overview

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) represent one of the most strategic growth opportunities for Mastercard in LAC. This position is responsible for leading the planning process, monitoring results, ensuring governance, and providing senior management with the insights necessary to drive performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning and budgeting process for the SME segment.
• Manage ongoing performance tracking and preparing executive reports.
• Partner with Finance to oversee P&L management.
• Coordinate regional performance dashboards to ensure accuracy.
• Organize business reviews including material preparation and executive alignment.
• Support senior leaders through the development of executive presentations.

All About You

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in strategic planning and product strategy in financial services.

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and communication capabilities.
• Be proficient in visualization and reporting tools.
• Communicate fluently in English and preferably Portuguese.
