We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Director to lead the IT function of a dynamic and fast-growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic IT plans, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals.

- Prioritise and manage the team’s workload, balancing competing demands and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

- Manage the physical and logical infrastructure of multiple office locations.

- Identify and implement new technologies that enhance business performance and efficiency.

- Oversee and control the IT budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.

- Develop contingency strategies and procedures to ensure business continuity.

- Lead and coordinate IT teams, managing projects and ensuring the successful execution of all activities.

- Maintain a strong focus on data security, compliance, and adherence to industry standards, including SOX principles.

- Provide hands-on leadership, with a strong command of data, analytics, and performance metrics.

Key Qualifications:

- Over 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing complex technology environments.

- Deep expertise in database management systems, information security, software development, and project management.

- Strong understanding of SOX principles and compliance requirements.

- A global perspective, with experience working in international environments.

- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.

- Relevant certifications such as MCP, MCTS, MCSD, or Project Management are preferred.

- Strong experience as PMO managing the implementation of large scale- global projects
