As Director of Marketing, Product, and Growth, you will report directly to the CEO and lead an 8-member team. We’re seeking a visionary leader with expertise in digital marketing strategies, performance marketing - brand development, product development, and audience engagement to drive lead generation and amplify our market presence.

Your Next Challenge:

• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to challenge the status quo and drive lead generation.
• Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with overarching business goals.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness and market share.
• Lead all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Conduct market research to gain deep insights into consumer behavior and preferences.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and adapt strategies as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Global companies.
• Experience reporting to the C-Level is highly valued.
• Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing - brand identity development, product development, and internal/external communications.
• Proven experience in B2B environments, particularly in payment and banking industries, with 100% digital products.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and digital marketing KPIs.
