Job Purpose

The Director of Marketing will spearhead the creation and execution of a marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, enhancing occupancy, brand awareness, and tenant retention targeted towards our student demographic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create a marketing strategy that focuses on growth and retention.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies.
  • Market Research: Analyze student demographics and industry trends.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Implement SEO, SEM, and content strategies.
  • Property Marketing Support: Collaborate on targeted marketing plans.
  • Campaign Management: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Content Management: Oversee content creation on social media and websites.
  • Community Engagement: Manage social media strategy to foster community.
  • Event Coordination: Organize student-focused events.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work with leasing teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Data Analytics: Measure and report campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments on company goals.
  • Leadership: Mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in marketing strategy within real estate or student housing.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Expertise in managing marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Leadership experience focused on team development.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dallas with a hybrid work schedule: in-office Monday to Thursday and remote on Friday.
