Position Overview

This role involves direct academic strategy implementation, establishing standards, and mentoring teams to ensure successful execution of innovative educational practices.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum design, motivation architectures, and application development.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics.
• Integrating data and stakeholder interviews into assessments identifying critical obstacles to accelerated learning.

Compensation

This is a full-time role offering $200 USD/hour, totaling $400,000 USD/year based on a 40-hour workweek.
