• Integrating data into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles and feedback mechanisms.
• Acting as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile settings.

• Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives without broader impact.
• Producing theoretical research unrelated to operational implementation.
• Shifting accountability for performance to others.
• Relying solely on institutional prestige to persuade audiences.

Basic Requirements

• Advanced degree in Learning Science or related field.
• At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles.
• Experience driving learning outcomes and upholding performance standards.
• Familiarity with AI or emerging technologies in education.
• Experience managing teams of 50+ people.
• Direct interaction with students and educators.
