We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance the quality of each model.

We are expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be a more useful tool for finance professionals. We are looking for candidates with advanced degrees (MBA+) or robust practical experience to shape AI's understanding of financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers related to macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilize your education and work experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's output.
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios to test their reasoning capacity.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance each new version of the AI.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse problems and assess their outputs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (bilingual proficiency).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis.
• A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
